Webinar – From Prototype to Production: Revealing the Hidden Decisions in AI-Coded Apps
Shipping an AI application is rarely blocked by deployment tools alone. The real challenge shows up later, when a working prototype starts to buckle under real world constraints you never explicitly designed for.
On Saturday, February 14, from 4:00–5:00 PM ET, I as invited to host a Learn Out Loud session with The AI Salon focused on what actually happens between prototype and production. We will explore how AI generated applications quietly encode architectural, state, scaling, and runtime decisions that only become visible when you attempt to deploy or operate them.
In this session, I will demonstrate how to use an AI coding assistant to analyze an existing prototype, surface these hidden assumptions, and reason about which production patterns fit your application and why. The goal is not to teach specific cloud platforms or tools, but to provide practical techniques you can reuse across projects.
You will leave with a repeatable framework, supported by live demonstrations, that helps you move your current AI project into production and avoid the same pitfalls in future builds.
This session is part of The AI Salon’s Learn Out Loud (LOL) Series, an education program powered by members who generously lead and share what they are learning.

I will attend.
Great! Looking forward to meeting you.
